  Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

  They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Arrived well within the window they promised. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere.
