    “Pleasantly surprised”
    The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes.

    Ended up paying more than advertised once fees were added. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue.
