    “More hassle than it was worth”
    Support never replied to either of my emails. The saving was not worth the problems that followed. Look at the alternatives before committing.

    “Good price, good service”
    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Third party test results were available when I asked. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

    “Quality is there”
    Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Happy customer, will return.

    Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more.

    They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
