  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Happy customer, will return.

  Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Would only consider them again if a lot changed.

  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Enjoy the Wood surprised me. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.
