  “Exactly what I needed”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Has held up well to daily use so far. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Speeds are close to what was advertised.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. Not worth the money for what turned up. Took two weeks and four messages to get a refund.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed. Does what it says, more or less.
