  “Genuinely impressed”
I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back.

Ended up cancelling half the order. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Would order again”
Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking.
