  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. Everything matched what was shown at the time of booking.

  I've been buying from Evancy for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Cancellation terms were clear before I paid.
