  “Slower than expected”
  It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering.
