    First time buyer and I'd happily order again. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

    Ended up buying more than I planned, which is a good sign. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout.
