  Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. No dispatch email, I only knew because tracking updated. An average experience, honestly.

  Decent enough, but there is room for improvement. Live chat was offline every time I tried it.

  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. For the price I honestly cannot complain. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Installation took about an hour with basic tools.

  “No complaints at all”
  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. Has survived a wet winter without corroding.
