  No phone number and the contact form kept erroring. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges. Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology.

  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. Look at the alternatives before committing.

  They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away.
