  “Poor experience”
  The listing and the reality did not match. The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Decent but not perfect”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget. I would use them again for something small.

  Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Support replied, but it took three days. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. I will probably shop around next time.

  One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
