  Support replied, but it took three days. Reasonable, but the sale price is really the normal price. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Ordered from Fennel & Ginger for the first time and it went better than I expected. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging. No complaints from me.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
