  Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. It just worked, start to finish.

  Came across FGEM through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. No complaints from me.
