Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Comfortably recommend them.

“Long wait, poor result”

Support never replied to either of my emails. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.

Been using Figma on and off since last winter. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
