  “Long wait, poor result”
  Support never replied to either of my emails. It works, barely, but I would not trust it. The saving was not worth the problems that followed.

  Been using Figma on and off since last winter. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate. I'll be back next time I need something similar.

  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last.
