  They refused a return despite the item being faulty. Shipping cost almost as much as the item. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. It works, barely, but I would not trust it.

  “Nice surprise”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Adjustment straps are secure and easy to set.

  “Everything went right”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown.
