  Used FinaMill twice now and both experiences were smooth. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Would tell a friend to try them.

  Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. One part was already broken when I unpacked it. Support never replied to either of my emails. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed.

  Third order with FinaMill this year, so that probably tells you enough. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. It looks good in the room and matches the photos.
