  “Arrived late and damaged”
  I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Sticking to other sites from now on.

  “Better than expected”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Used Firstcry twice now and both experiences were smooth. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. The cut is flattering and it hangs properly.

  Refund came back short of what I paid. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. Look at the alternatives before committing.
