  Nothing offensive, nothing memorable. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  “Acceptable”
  Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. Battery life is roughly what the specs promised.

  Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Warranty claim went through with no drama. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.
