  “Save your money”
  Quality is well below what the photos suggest. They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item.

  Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Feels premium for what it cost. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward.

  Placed a fairly big order with Flora Queen and everything arrived exactly as listed. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  “Disappointing”
  The listing and the reality did not match. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Two stars only because it eventually arrived.
