  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Price crept up between adding to basket and paying. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. I would use them again for something small.

  “Better than expected”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. I have already recommended them to two people.

  “Arrived fast and well packed”
  Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
