  “Quality is there”
  Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Grip is good in wet weather.

  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. They still look smart after a couple of months of wear.

  Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late.

  “Good price, good service”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Foot Store surprised me. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Good arch support for standing all day. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.
