  “Average experience”
  Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. The code worked but only on part of my basket. Does what it says, more or less.

  Got what I paid for, no more and no less. Sizing runs slightly small, worth ordering up. Fine for what it was.

  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Took nearly two weeks, which was longer than advertised. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget.

  “Will be back”
  Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail.
