    “Poor experience”
I have ordered from a lot of sites and this was one of the weaker ones. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. It works, barely, but I would not trust it.

    “Will be back”
Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Cancelling is possible without emailing anyone, which I appreciate.

    “Glad I ordered”
I compared four different sites before settling on this one. I have already recommended them to two people.
