They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. The returns address they gave was wrong. Cheaper and better on three other sites. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.
