“Not quite what I hoped”

The FAQ answered more than their support did. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. The product page had enough detail to order confidently.
