  Ordered from Gentlebands for the first time and it went better than I expected. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens.

  Warranty claim went through with no drama. Dispatched the same day I ordered. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Live chat disconnected every time I raised an issue. Took so long I had already bought the same thing elsewhere. Missing components with no mention in the description. Sticking to other sites from now on.
