  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Ended up cancelling half the order. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description.

  “Slower than expected”
  It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. The FAQ answered more than their support did. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. I will probably shop around next time.

  “Better than expected”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Colours are true to what was shown on the site.

  “Reasonable enough”
  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. No response to my first email, the second one got through. Room for improvement but no real complaints.
