  They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. No unwanted side effects for me so far.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. Might order again, might not.

  “Will be back”
  Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
