  “Exactly what I needed”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Giallonote it surprised me. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Uptime has been solid since I switched over. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step. Quality is well below what the photos suggest.

  “Easy recommendation”
  The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Worth the money”
  My sister recommended Giallonote it and I finally gave it a try last month. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. The dashboard is clear and does not hide the important settings. Would happily spend money here again.
