Genuinely impressed with the attention to detail. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message.

  “Nice surprise”
They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. The fit is true to the size guide, which is unusual for online clothing. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Solid from start to finish”
Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly.
