  “Not bad, not great”
  Middle of the road experience for me. Slightly overpriced for what you actually get. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know.

  They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Reliable and quick”
  Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. The total at checkout matched what I expected, no hidden extras. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.
