  “Not what I expected”
  Would think twice before ordering from here again. Feels cheap and flimsy, nothing like the description. Split into three parcels and the last one never came.

  Been using GOBI on and off since last winter. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Returns for a different size were straightforward. Solid experience overall.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Second order from GOBI and it was less smooth than the first. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out. An average experience, honestly.
