  Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage.

  “Better than expected”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Arrived well within the window they promised. Warranty claim went through with no drama.
