  “Smooth experience”
  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but GOURVITA surprised me. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Quality is there”
  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Nothing was crushed despite the long journey. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “No complaints at all”
  Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Arrived well within the best before date. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Reasonable enough”
  Second order from GOURVITA and it was less smooth than the first. Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Might order again, might not.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
