  Better made than something I paid twice as much for elsewhere. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Expiry date was well over a year away. I have already recommended them to two people.

  My experience with Grace & Stella was okay overall. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Not my first choice, but not off the list either.

  Middle of the road experience for me. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. A little goes a long way so the bottle should last. Would suggest reading the details carefully before ordering.

  Shipping cost was high for how slow it was. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Disappointed is the honest summary.
