Colours are true to what was shown on the site. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops.

  “Not as described”
They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  “Genuinely impressed”
Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. For the price I honestly cannot complain. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  “Fine with caveats”
It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. One item was great, the other was mediocre. An average experience, honestly.
