  Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Arrived well within the best before date.

  “Not what I expected”
  Disappointing experience with Grateful Earth, unfortunately. Learned my lesson on this one.

  Got what I paid for, no more and no less. Quality is acceptable but not as good as the photos implied. Live chat was offline every time I tried it.

  It did the job, but I was expecting a bit more. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Value is okay once you factor in the delivery cost. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.
