  “Frustrating from the start”
  Shipping took over three weeks with no explanation. Sizing is completely off, nowhere near the chart on the site. Would rate lower if I could.

  Third order with Grecell this year, so that probably tells you enough. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Performance has been stable since day one. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up.

  I've been buying from Grecell for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  “Would order again”
  Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Compatible with everything I needed it to work with.
