  “Solid from start to finish”
  Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Arrived well outside the delivery window with no apology. Paid a premium for delivery that was still late. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.

  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
