  They marked it as delivered before it actually turned up. Not worth the money for what turned up. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Took about a week to reach me, which is fair for international. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. The manual was clear enough to get going quickly.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. Cannot recommend based on this experience.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one.
