  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced.

  Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Heats evenly and cleans up easily.
