    Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine.

    “Arrived late and damaged”
    Disappointing experience with Harbor, unfortunately. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

    Ordered from Harbor for the first time and it went better than I expected. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. The sale price was genuinely a sale price, not an inflated markdown. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

    The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one.

    Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Firmware updated without any problems. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.
