    “Okay overall”
    Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

    Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.

    Warranty claim went through with no drama. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. With the discount code it worked out cheaper than anywhere else I checked. Texture is light and absorbs quickly.
