Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs. It arrived a day early and the packaging was solid. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Easy to reach and no automated runaround.

I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.
