    “Repeat customer now”
    Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

    “No complaints at all”
    They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Works with my phone without any compatibility issues.

    “Not as described”
    Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Dispatch email arrived days after the parcel did. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end.

    Been using Haylou on and off since last winter. The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Screen protector went on without bubbles. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
