  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “No complaints at all”
  Placed a fairly big order with Hempamed and everything arrived exactly as listed. Easy to reach and no automated runaround. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Sealed properly with tamper evidence intact.

  “Repeat customer now”
  Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Feels premium for what it cost. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. No unwanted side effects for me so far.
