  “Middle of the road”
  Reasonable experience with a couple of small annoyances. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version. They refused a return despite the item being faulty.
