    “Quality is lacking”
    Would think twice before ordering from here again. Split into three parcels and the last one never came.

    “Nice surprise”
    Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Expiry date was well over a year away.

    Good value, especially compared to the high street. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. No complaints from me.
