  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Has held up well to daily use so far. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Licence key arrived by email within a couple of minutes.

  Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Setup was documented well enough to do it myself.
