    Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Texture is light and absorbs quickly. Already planning my next order.

    Got what I paid for, no more and no less. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Hinode turned out to be completely legit. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

    Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Packaging is sealed properly and clearly labelled.
